we recently stayed at Golden Ocean and had a wonderful experience. the hotel is centrally located, allowing us to easily walk to many tourist attractions. we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious suite with comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower. the rooftop pool was the highlight, and the free airport transport was a bonus.

I chose Golden Ocean because of its location near The Corniche, as I wanted to explore the popular spot. The Jalsa Restaurant pleasantly surprised me with its lively atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious traditional Indian dishes served in a contemporary setting.
Slow check-in and missing amenities.

Great internet connection, welcoming staff, and a smart swimming pool. The concierge staff are friendly. Good location and a free airport shuttle. The rooftop pool is cool, but could use some mats to avoid the tiles getting too hot.
Felt relaxed, no complaints at all.

Extremely Freezing room, even when AC off. We experienced the inconvenience of a constantly cold room, making our stay quite uncomfortable. However, the spacious room and attentive staff made up for this inconvenience. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

the room was big - clean, and comfy. golden ocean's location is great - not far from the airport. the staff at the reception are helpful, and the housekeeping on the 9th floor was polite and attentive.

The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and warm dishes. The chefs were happy to make customized omelettes and the puris were soft and fresh. We even got a packed lunch for our outings! The spacious room was lovely, although the TV was a bit small. The bathroom was great, but some amenities were missing. The airport transportation was efficient and hassle-free.
The heated swimming pool was out of order during our stay, which was a disappointment.
